Please note once order has been placed we won't be able to make any change to your order. We kindly ask you to make sure that delivery address is correct as we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses and subsequent delivery problems.

RETURN POLICY
Please send a request with a picture of the product you would like to return at our customer service team at info@myfabone.com. You have 14 days calendar to do so. Refund or exchange needs to be made by the person who bought the product with a receipt.
ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE RETUNED 'AS RECEIVED' IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH WRAPPERS AND LABELS INTACT. IT IS A LEGAL REQUIREMENT OF DISTANCE SELLING CONTRACT.
RETURNS RECEIVED: WITHOUT R&E FORM ENCLOSED, USED, WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND PAST DUE DATE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE SENT BACK TO SENDER.
When returning or exchanging a product, customer is responsible for the shipping charges
LOST DELIVERIES
You must inform us within 14 calendar days that you have not received your delivery. If you fail to do so we will not be able to make any claims with the carriers on your behalf or send you a replacement.
It is customer's responsibility to make sure there is someone to collect package.
